Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that online shopping can come with risks and uncertainties, so we gladly accept refunds or exchanges for all of our products.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 90 days of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to buyer's remorse, return shipping costs are non-refundable. You may use your own shipping method or request a return shipping label from TickCube. If you choose to use our label, $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping label cost.
• For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund based on the order's weight and destination.
• Return shipping costs will not be charged for returns due to damage or seller mistakes. Please contact us at support@tickcube.com for assistance with such cases.
