Estimated Delivery Times

Order Modifications
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to update recipient information, please contact us at support@tickcube.com as soon as possible. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at support@tickcube.com within 5 business days of receiving it. Be sure to include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.

Shipping Days
TickCube ships orders on business days only (Monday–Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
